關於Manderlay
故事本身所說的可能較偏激，然而我卻不能斷然否定這群黑人的所作所為。當他們早已習慣被壓迫的生活模式，忽然要他們自立生活，可能讓人感到不知所措，所以寧可選擇維持原狀。故事雖然有點諷刺，但卻又是現實生活的寫照。
關於Ghada: Songs of Palestine
片末Ghada說了以下的一番話，雖然不能說是當頭捧喝，然而對於在香港成長的我，無疑牽起了身份認同的反思。
“lt’s our history that preserved and pass to our next generation. Without our histroy, we cannot grow up.
Everyone have its own things to struggle…”
