星期一就已經19號, 第一場我20號就睇! 收唔到咁點算?
佢話, 唔會架, 你order已經confirm左同寄出左, 一定收到
我話, 咁如果真係收唔到呢?
佢講, 咁你可以放心, 你一定可以入場, 不過你就要睇我地office拎一封confirm左你身分同payment0既信, 之後你就可以去警署報失, 咁警署又會比返封信你, 咁你就可以憑呢兩封信到場拎飛（…閱讀全文）

    Same thing happen on me, I have a film on 20/3 but it is not in the ticket package I received JUST TODAY( ONLY 3 DAYS BEFORE the first film I go!!!!). The sort of receipt in the package states that I will receive the ticket at least 3 working days before the film show. But it’s only 1 working days left.

    If I use the lost ticket method they suggest (see from your articlet), then I have to spend much time in traveling here and there. What for? It’s their mistake sending out the tickets so late! So it should be HKIFF to do something to comfort us and think of an easiest way to let us get into the venue and see the film, but not we customer to spend extra time and effort and money to travel because of the mistake they made!!!

    Totally disappointed not just because of their choatic system and administration, but the way they try to “solve” the problem. i cannot see a bit regret or apology feeling from them. What an “INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL”. Don’t humiliate Hong Kong!

    其實大家都覺得今年訂飛比以往幾年係更不愉快0既經歷
    正如我之前猜測, 果然不是小部分而是大部分網上訂票的客戶都出現了問題
    0岩0岩留意HKIFF個網頁, 總監戚先生張貼左一個道歉啟事
    我諗, 終於都有新0既消息喇
    因為我覺得要人等唔係一個問題
    打HOTLINE打唔通唔係一個問題
    SEND EMAIL SEND左冇人覆都唔係一個問題
    最大問題係, 呢班人都係網上買飛
    點解唔可以響網上公布最新消息/解決方法呢?
    你POST個訊息出黎可能就解決到好多人無助的問題
    我尋日睇NOW財經台, 0岩0岩講個報道有關HKIFF
    話佢地只得政府HK$700萬支持
    所邀的導演數量只是亞洲其他影展的十分一
    南韓釜山電影節就得到US$600萬政府支持
    日本東京電影節就得到US$700萬政府支持
    點解香港就只得其政府七分一的支持?
    我明白HKIFF的人手緊拙的職員有幾辛苦
    所以更應該用一D較MASS0既方法去處理今次事件
    (當然我明白如果要搵傳媒0黎報導唔係一件光彩0既事
    但可以考慮POST更多消息上網呀!
    咁可以大大減低職員的工作量呀)
    但希望今年可以快D得到飛
    同埋明年有更多更好的安排!

    要我上差館報失
    我20號就有戲要睇，當日仲上足成日堂…
    八半上到六點………..套戲7:15pm……….報失都無時間啦
    我發覺好多人既情況同我一樣..
    真係懷疑佢地係唔係寄過d tickets 出去..
    有乜理由一個二個都寄失….咁我上年咁怏收到，今年就個個一齊寄失。
    睇黎去差館報失都要排隊.
    明顯我既情況係一定唔夠時間去差館啦!
    咁既係無得睇…但信用卡過灑數..比灑錢..
    利用呢個方法睇黎可以呃灑我地d 錢wor
